My Peeps is a private storytelling platform built for families
I created My Peeps because I wanted a beautiful place to share my memories and connect my 80 year old mom, my family all over the world, and my recent grandchildren. I found social media chaotic and my phone seemed like a sad place to let memories die.
So I hunkered down, made lots of mistakes, spent tons of money, and created an app (not just any app).
I am a wife, a mom of two, and a grandmother of two. I spent 38 years in the energy industry (yes that makes me of a certain age). I want to leave the world better than when I started, so that's why I had to create My Peeps.
I had no choice. I love your memories as much as you do.

I'm Kellie, Co-Founder & Chief Brand Officer
I've always been the person documenting everything. Today, I have more than 40,000 photos and videos on my iPhone—not because I'm obsessed with taking pictures, but because I'm terrified of forgetting the moments that matter.
Ironically, some of my most meaningful memories are the ones I can't get back. Years ago, my college laptop crashed, taking thousands of photos and videos with it. I lost late-night memories with teammates, road trips, celebrations, and everyday moments I thought I'd always have. It taught me that memories are far more fragile than we realize.
That's why My Peeps feels so personal to me.
As Head of Brand, my goal is to help families preserve more than just photos. I want to inspire people to save the stories, voices, traditions, and life lessons that make every family unique. Technology should help us remember the people we love—not replace the conversations we'll one day wish we'd had.
If our work encourages even one family to ask one more question, record one more story, or preserve one more memory before it's too late, then we've accomplished something truly meaningful.
