Welcome to My Peeps, a service operated by Me Chronicled LLC (dba My Peeps), 17011 Beach Blvd Ste 900, Huntington Beach CA 92647 (“My Peeps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
We’re built for family, not fans — a private, secure place to preserve and share life stories through photos, videos, audio, links, and memories.
This Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use our website themypeepsapp.com and our My Peeps mobile application (collectively, the “Service”).
1. Information We Collect
We collect only what’s needed to provide and improve My Peeps:

All subprocessors are bound by contracts (including Standard Contractual Clauses for EU/UK data transfers).
We do not sell personal data. We may “share” identifiers for cross-context advertising only with your consent.
4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use:
- Essential Cookies – for sign-in and security.
- Analytics Cookies – measure usage and performance.
- Marketing Cookies / Pixels – help us reach interested users on social platforms.
You can reject or adjust non-essential cookies anytime via “Manage Preferences” or the “Do Not Sell or Share My Info” link.
5. Retention & Deletion
When you delete your account, we permanently delete associated data from production systems immediately and purge backups within 30 days.
Deleted media or journal entries cannot be recovered.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Accounts are password-protected, and access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel. No system is 100% secure, but we apply industry-standard safeguards.
7. Children & Family Use
My Peeps welcomes users of all ages.
Children under 13 (in the US) or under 16 (in the EU/UK) may participate only through an account created and managed by a parent or guardian.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from unsupervised children.
Parents can review and delete a child’s content anytime via account settings or by emailing support@themypeepsapp.com.
8. International Data Transfers
Your information is stored in the United States on Google Cloud.
When personal data from the EU, UK, or Switzerland is transferred to the US, we use Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to ensure adequate protection.
